I had my first bridal appointment at Epernay bridal back in July. Everything about the experience was so lovely, both Judith and Laurie completely put me at ease, and I never felt pressurised to make a decision. I ended up coming back in September after a few other appointments and buying the first dress I tried on :)
All the little touches, like prosecco and a lovely seating area made the appointment feel so relaxed. I have just been back today to try my dress on again, and everything was just as lovely as I remembered if not better, I can’t wait to go back to have my first proper fitting!
I can’t thank Judith & Laurie enough for helping me find my perfect dress. From the moment you walk into the shop they make you feel so welcome, & made the experience of choosing so much fun. They took all the things I was saying about our relaxed wedding plans & how I wanted to feel in the dress, & picked out something I’d never have looked at. They absolutely nailed it, & I loved how I felt & looked in the dress as soon as I had it on. The girls also had a great eye for pairing the dress with a really unique 1920s headpiece which worked perfectly.
Thank you so so much girls. I’m sad I don’t get to do again!

I have already reviewed Judith and Laurie when i picked my dream dress, however, i received exceptional service when i picked up my dress and changed my wedding a number of times due to Covid that i feel like i need to review again to say how amazing they are! They go above and beyond and I will be recommending their service and amazing dresses to everyone i can.

As we walked to the shop, we noticed Judith and Laurie were waiting to greet and open the door for us. From the moment we walked in we all felt so welcome and comfortable. The little details Judith and Laurie put into the appointment really gave added value, this included us all being offered a glass of Prosecco whilst I tried on dresses, there was a large jug of water with strawberries and bowl of celebrations (which went down a treat), this added so much more to the whole experience because we hadn’t been offered this in the previous bridal shop we visited earlier that week.
Judith and Laurie both made me feel so at ease as I get very anxious, this started to show when I first arrived at the shop as a rash on my chest (from nerves and a little self doubt from being unable to find a dress in the other bridal shop), however this soon disappeared because of the wonderful atmosphere Judith and Laurie provided, I never felt rushed or uneasy, I felt so relaxed and excited during the whole experience.

I couldn't thank these two lovely ladies enough for everything they've done, to help me find my perfect dress. I felt so comfortable and relaxed around them, and for me feeling that way was very important. The store was beautifully layed out and the dress selection was just to die for!
For being a plus size bride and having a previous bad experience in another bridal store I was so scared to go looking but I'm so grateful I went here and I'm so grateful for Judith and Laurie. I cannot stress enough how lovely they were and I'm still in a complete sense of high from picking my dress, I keep looking at it on my phone!
